Integrated Management System Policy

1. Provide services in full compliance with legal regulations, customer and other stakeholder requirements, 2. Keep customer satisfaction at the highest level and use feedback as a tool for continuous improvement, 3. Continuously develop the knowledge, skills and competencies of our employees to increase team productivity, 4. Protect customer and company information assets within the principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability, 5. Proactively manage information security risks and take the necessary technical and administrative measures, 6. Use natural resources efficiently and support recycling to minimize negative environmental impacts, 7. Identify occupational health and safety risks in advance to protect the health and safety of our employees, 8. Maintain up-to-date business continuity plans to ensure the continuity of critical business processes, 9. Establish sustainable, ethical and transparent business relationships with our suppliers and partners, 10. Regularly review and improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System under the principle of continuous improvement, 11. Train, raise awareness and encourage participation of all our employees in line with this policy.

This policy has been published with the approval of senior management and covers all Kerzz Cloud employees, suppliers and business partners. The policy is reviewed and updated regularly during the annual management review meetings.
