What Kerzz does
Kerzz runs a restaurant's daily operation on one set of data. Orders from dine-in, delivery, takeaway, QR and online channels collect in the same flow, and a transaction at the till carries through to the kitchen display, the stock movement and the management report at once.
The point is not the number of modules but that no manual transfer is left between them. Without a link between sales and stock, cost remains an estimate; if order channels are watched on separate screens, the kitchen cannot see which order came first.
What the cloud architecture means
Kerzz runs in the cloud: the application and the data sit on infrastructure outside the business, and registers, kitchen displays, kiosks and the management panel all connect to the same data. You do not have to be in the restaurant to look at a report.
Updates, backups and infrastructure maintenance happen on the platform side, so the business does not take on server upkeep or version installs. There is a local mode so the register can keep selling when the connection drops, and queued transactions are pushed up when it returns.
Single sites and chains
The same platform serves a single site and a multi-branch chain. At a single site the setup is completed in one place; in a chain, menu, prices, user permissions and stock standards are defined centrally and branches are compared in the same report.
Opening a branch does not mean rebuilding the system: the new site is added to the existing structure and inherits the standards defined centrally.
Local regulatory compliance
The product is developed in Türkiye. Fiscal register (ÖKC) and e-transformation processes are connected to the restaurant operation through supported integrations, and the e-Invoice and e-Archive document flow is fed by sales data. Supported devices, integrators and function scope are confirmed per project.
